FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: 

Will I have to spend a lot of money on new pieces?
Nope! This capsule wardrobe is designed be a year-round wardrobe using wardrobe essentials you may already have in your closet.  If you don’t have any of these pieces and are on a budget, consider shopping for these at your local consignment shops, thrift stores or on poshmark.com or thredup.com.

Where do I shop for some of the pieces?
For each piece in the capsule, there are Regular-Size online shopping links.  I refer only reliable sources such as J. Crew Factory, J. Crew, Loft, Madewell, Nordstrom, Old Navy, Target, etc.

What sizes does each piece come in?
Regular sizes range on average from XS to XL. Please check the item’s sizes available on the retailer’s site for each shopping link.  

Why are Plus and Petite sizes not included?
I (Leanne) administer everything for Classy Yet Trendy and do all the work by myself am limited on time.  Since it takes many hours to create content, I apologize that I am unable to include additional sizes in the capsules.

I Don’t live in the U.S.  Can I still use this guide?
Mostly all the shopping links are located in the U.S.  PRODUCTS IN THE CLOTHES, SHOES AND ACCESSORIES SHOPPING LINKS MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES.

What if a suggested item doesn’t work for me?
You may substitute for another similar piece. You can find similar pieces on shopstyle.com, which is the site I use to find all the pieces in this capsule.

What if I want to use a different color than one in the capsule collection?
If you would rather substitute clothes with a particular color in the capsule, you can omit those items and use another color in your capsule. You can use similar styles that you may already have in your closet or search for items with a different color on shopstyle.com.

How do I receive the digital guide?
Once you pay for the guide, you will receive an email which will include a link to access your digital guide on your device or computer.  Please make sure to type in your email address correctly as this will be where you will receive your email receipt! If you don’t receive the email containing your link, please CONTACT ME HERE and I will make sure you receive access to your guide!

What will I receive?
You will receive a capsule wardrobe guide in digital format that is loaded with step-by-step instructions to create your capsule wardrobe, suggested clothes and shoes (with online shopping links), checklists for all seasons, visual wardrobe layouts for all seasons, outfit calendars for all seasons and season travel packing guides. All the capsule wardrobe guides are in PDF format, which can be read on any computer or device.  You can also PRINT the guide either on your home printer or through a printing company or service.

May I share this guide with my friends and family or distribute the guide?
You are not allowed to share this guide.  By purchasing this guide, you may keep and use it, and print it too, for your personal use.  You may save it to your computer or device for easy access.  Any distribution to others, whether in electronic or printed form is a copyright violation.

Are the products all the shopping links exactly like the items shown in the guide?
Each item in the guide is a representation of the style to be used in the capsule wardrobe.  Some or all the products in the shopping links will be similar to, but may not be exactly like the item shown, since each retailer’s product is slightly different.  For example, if a piece shown in the guide is a white button up shirt, some or all the products in the shopping links underneath the white shirt may not look exactly like the white shirt shown, but all the shopping links contain the best selected styles for that particular piece.

What if my size is not available in the shopping links?
Sometimes retailers will sell out of a size in their products.  This may be temporary or permanent.  If it is mid-season, this may be temporary.  The shopping links in this guide are updated once per quarter of the year.  For all clothes and shoes in the capsule, there is a "Shop More" link to shop at more retailers using shopstyle.com.
